We are a team of professionals who have a passion and dedication to culinary world. After training and working for various restaurants in India, our chef Chitra moved to Las Vegas. He has more than twelve years of cooking experience in the Strip casinos including “The Buffet” at Aria. His passion, dedication and experience help him to create his unique style of cooking and is what inspired us to open Mt. Everest Cuisine.
